Payment Portal

LionDesk uses Chargebee as our payment processing center. When paying online, it is required to setup a login to this portal. Here is a link to the login page: https://liondesk.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login?.

Step 1: Go to https://liondesk.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login? and login.

The page looks like this:

NOTE: This login is separate from your CRM login, this is strictly accessing the payment portal for your account.

Step 2: This is only if you don't already have a login.

If you don't have a login to this portal, go ahead and click the "New user? Get your signup link here" button to create a login. Click this button will take you to the below page:

NOTE: Be sure to use the same email address that is on your LionDesk profile page.

Step 3:

After signing up, you should receive an email from contact@liondesk.com with the subject line "Customer portal account verification email". See below:

Be sure to follow this link and validate your portal account, which will then take you to step 1.

HELPFUL HINT: Bookmark this link: https://liondesk.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login? so you can access your payment portal at anytime and update billing information.
