How can I Update/Change my Credit Card?

Simply email the support team at support@liondesk.com to update your credit card information on file. You will be sent a link to Chargebee, our payment processing center, to update your credit card information.

 

If you have a paid subscription with LionDesk, there is a Chargebee payment portal specific to you. If you did not create your Chargebee payment portal when you first subscribed with LionDesk, then we created one for you. You can manage your own invoices and payment methods by logging into the portal. 

If you don't remember your password, then you can reset the password using your email address
