How do I contact LionDesk Support?

The quickest and easiest way to contact support would be to email your questions to If you don't want to jump to your inbox, click "Submit a request" in the upper right hand corner of this help center to submit a ticket at anytime. 

LionDesk also offers LIVE online chat support. Click the link below for information regarding chat support. 

The last way to contact LionDesk would be through a phone call. LionDesk's office is open Monday through Friday 830am - 500pm PST if you prefer to give us a call.

Please make sure to have your ticket number ready when calling for a support issue. If you don't have a ticket number, please submit your request first via email or through the "Submit a request" button above. 

NOTE: LionDesk does experience high call times, Monday through Thursday from 1130am - 230pm PST. To minimize wait time, please contact us via email and LionDesk will reach out to you. Or try calling outside high call volume times.
NOTE: If you are not able to reach an agent, you will have the option to leave a voicemail. Voicemail are returned within 48 business hours.
