Route Your Agent Shield Leads to LionDesk

1- Go to your Settings in LionDesk.

2- Go To "Lead Distribution and Team Settings" 

3- Go to "3rd Party API Keys"

4- Next to "Agent Shield" click on the Button "Enable" to get the API Key.

5- In AgentShield, click the “Edit Account” button

6- Click the “CRM Integration” tab

7- Click on the "LionDesk" Logo.

8- Paste the API Key into the box.

9- Click "Save". You'll receive a confirmation message.
