When writing a new email in LionDesk, there are two types of hyperlinks: text that directs to a URL and URLs themselves. Both are made the same way.
1. Highlight the text in your email you want to hyperlink, then click the hyperlink button.
2. A window will appear, paste the URL you want the text to link to.
The text is now blue and underlined, indicating that it's hyperlinked.
You can also hyperlink a URL with itself, in case a website doesn't automatically hyperlink.
Reminder: you can choose how the hyperlink opens as well. On the pop-up window for inserting the URL, under the "Target" tab, you can can choose if your hyperlink opens a new window, appears in the same window, etc.
