One of the most common errors when users are unable to claim leads from their phone is that they are in Private Browsing. If you are in private browsing, when you get a message from LionDesk saying you have a new lead, your browser won't be able to open to claim it. While Private Browsing is on, Safari appears black or dark instead of white or gray.
To turn off Private Browsing
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open Safari, then tap . Tap Private, then tap Done.
