How can I cancel my LionDesk account?

We hate to see you go, but we do understand that sometimes things happen! 

To cancel your account

1) Submit a support ticket to support@liondesk.com with the name and email address on your LionDesk account.

2) We will get back to you with a confirmation email and confirm your account will be fully shut off.

3) There are no steps required to cancel your free trial - feel free to test drive LionDesk for the 30 days and your trial will automatically end.

*Note: For your security we are not able to accept cancellations over the phone.
