To cancel your account
1) Submit a support ticket to Billing@LionDesk.com with the name and email address on your LionDesk account.
2) We will get back to you with a confirmation email and confirm your account will be fully shut off.
3) There are no steps required to cancel your free trial - feel free to test drive LionDesk for the 30 days and your trial will automatically end.
1) For your security, we are not able to accept cancellations over the phone.
2) If you do cancel your LionDesk subscription, you still have access to the account until your next scheduled renewal. You may see a countdown once you log into the account, there will be a red banner. As a result, there are NO refunds.
