Create a New Team

Teams allow you to share contacts, as well as distribute leads if you are the Creator/Owner of the Team.  You can create as many as teams as you want and invite as many individuals on your team as you want.  Only the owner can delete an entire team, but an individual member can remove themselves from a team at any time.

Only registered users of LionDesk will be allowed to join a team.


To Create a New Team

  1. Click "Settings" section (left hand side navigation panel)
  2. Click tab "Lead Distribution & Team Settings"
  3. Click “Create New Team” (bottom right hand side)
  4. Give a name to your team
  5. Hit “Create Team”.
  6. The team name will appear in your team’s list.
