You can view a Contact's Activity History directly on the main Contact Page without having to go to the Contact's Profile page:
1- On the main Contact list, in the "Last Contact" Column click on the Blue Caption
2- A Window will open displaying all the contact's activity timeline
3. The system should default to "All", however, you can use any of the clickable options (Ex: Comments, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Calls, Texts, Direct Mail) to bring up specific forms of communication for that client.
