Automatic Lead Distribution Setting: Individual Agent

Go to your Settings in LionDesk:

In “Lead Distributions and Team Settings”:

  1. Select the Lead Source Provider ( Step1)
  2. Click on “Add New Lead Routing” (Step2)

3. Fill out the information in the required

  • Source: Used for reporting to keep track on where the lead came from. If using "Zapier" make sure to use the same name as your Zap.
  • Campaign: Optional. Select from the Drop Down a drip campaign that will automatically be applied to the leads as soon as they come in LionDesk.
  • Distribution Setting:

- Individual: Choose that option if you are a solo agent and then stop here and hit "Save Lead Routing"
