1- First you will need to access your automatic drip campaigns by going under your "Marketing" section within your LionDesk account
2- Go to "Auto Pilot Drip Campaigns"
3- Your Auto Pilot Campaigns are in the table labeled "Auto Pilot Campaigns"
Delete a Drip Campaign
1- To completely remove a drip campaign, click the Delete button on the "Actions" tab next to the Campaign of your choice.
Cancel a Drip Campaign for All Contacts
If you assigned a drip campaign to multiple contacts and want to cancel them all simultaneously:
1- On the green table, all of your campaigns are listed. Select the "Actions" button next to the campaign you want to cancel, and then select "Complete Future Tasks on All Contacts".
Cancel a Drip Campaign for a Single Contact
To cancel an entire drip campaign for a single contact:
1- Go to the contact's profile and select their "Marketing tab"
2- Under the "Active Auto Pilot Drip Campaigns" section, select "Remove Unfinished Tasks"
To Cancel Specific Tasks in a Drip Campaign for a Single Contact
1- Go to the contact's profile and scroll to the bottom.
2- In the "AutoPilot Drip Campaign Tasks" table, you will find all past and future tasks for you client.
3- Select the check box next to each tasks you want to cancel. Canceled tasks will be crossed out.
Stop a Drip Campaign when a Contact Replied to a Text Message
You can set Auto Pilot campaigns to automatically stop after a text reply from client is received! In order for this to work, you must have a LionDesk custom phone number.
1- On the Marketing tab, select “Autopilot Drip Campaigns”
2- You can either Edit or Add a new Auto Pilot Task on one of your campaigns. When the popup window appears, there will be the option below.
3- Choose yes on “Stop on Text Reply”.
4- On the campaign task list you will now see a “stop on reply” icon.
- This option will end ALL tasks on a drip campaign. Text messages, emails and phone calls will automatically be completed and will discontinue the campaign.
- If you want a certain amount of texts and emails to be sent before the campaign automatically stops, select the “stop on reply” option on a later task. For instance, if you want the lead to receive five texts before the campaign stops, select “stop on reply” on the fifth text message task.
