Texting Center

The “Texting Center” within the “Communications” section is a central hub to see all the texting activity that is happening within your account.

1- Locate and select the Communications tab within LionDesk

2- You will be able to select “All Activity” to see that complete list of texting activity

3- Select “Contacts Who Have Replied” to see a list of contacts that have replied to your texting activity

When you select texting activity with a contact within the “Texting Center” you can see the text history with that contact in the table to the right
