Calendar Tasks are specifically compiled by the date on your specific tasks.
1- Locate your Calendar Tasks by clicking on the "Tasks" tab within your LionDesk menu
2- Once you're under the "Tasks" tab, stay under the "View Calendar Tasks" section and locate the Calendar Tasks table
3- Depending on the task’s date, the task will be categorized under
- “All Due”
Task Buckets are used to organize tasks that you may need to get done, but there isn't a particular date that it needs to be done by. Your LionDesk account is pre loaded with three buckets: 'Now', 'Later', and 'Sometime in the Future' to get you started.
1- When you add a new task, you can either set a specific due date, or you can put it in one of your buckets.
2- Use your buckets for things such as ordering more signage, business cards, sending a gift to a client, etc.
3- You can also add new task bucket categories but clicking on “+” under “Task Buckets”
