Managing Lead Distribution Rules

Lead Distribution Type : Round Robin

Round Robin will cycle through leads one by one as they come in and roll through the list of agents you want to send leads to.  The leads will still need to be "claimed" by those agents.  We do this so that you know by looking at your lead reporting, how long an agent takes to claim a lead.  This is helpful (we think), because if you are offering leads to an agent and they are taking 5 seconds to claim compared to another agent taking 5 hours, you may want to adjust who gets what lead and when.

1- Go to your "Settings" section within your LionDesk account

2- Select the "Lead Distribution & Team Settings" tab

3-  Click on "Select Team to Modify Distribution Rules"

4- A drop box with your a list of your team will scroll down

5- Select the team you want to modify the distribution rules.

6- Select the "Distribution Type" to be "Round Robin"

7- Your team members will be listed in the table below

8- Select the way and time every member of the team will be notified of the lead

9- Select "Update Distribution Rules"

Lead Distribution Type : Time Based Rollout

When you select the Timed Roll out method of lead distribution, only one person can claim the lead.  For example, if both Demo and Hank have been notified that a new Zillow lead has come in and after 10 minutes, Demo claims the lead, Hank will be unable to do so and if he tries, he will be told that the lead has already been claimed.

1- Go to your "Settings" section within your LionDesk account

2- Select the "Lead Distribution & Team Settings" tab
