The "Leads Overview" section in LionDesk will go over all of your leads that are entering your LionDesk account as well as the agent they are assigned to, the lead status, lead source, and more!
This section is a great for a general overview of how your team is claiming leads, their responsiveness, etc.
1- To access your "Leads Overview" first go to your "Reporting" section in your LionDesk navigation bar
2- Select the "Leads Overview" tab towards the top of the page
3- You will then see a table of all of your leads that have been imported into LionDesk with the details listed beside the lead.
4- You can search and arrange your Leads by either clicking on the arrows by each category or typing in the search box
