1- Go to the Communications tab in your LionDesk navigation bar.
2- From the tabs at the top of the page, select Direct Mail
3- A table will them appear at the bottom with all the direct mail you have sent. You will be able to see all the details of the direct mail including the address, the date created, and most importantly the tracking. To track your mail, select the icon under tracking to get more detailed information.
4- Organize the columns to your preferences and also use the search box to find a specific mail piece that you are sending out.
